HBO Latino held a special screening for the new original documentary “The Latino List” at El Museo del Barrio in New York City. The film features a series of compelling interviews from an outstanding ensemble of luminaries, leaders and artists from the Hispanic community, offering a unique window into what it means to be Latino in 21st-century America. “The Latino List” will premiere on HBO Latino on Wednesday, September 28 at 9PM ET. It will air throughout Hispanic Heritage Month on HBO Latino, HBO On Demand and HBO Go. The documentary is in English with Spanish subtitles.
The film’s interviewees include acclaimed writer Sandra Cisneros; musician and producer Emilio Estefan; Grammy®-winning singer Gloria Estefan; Golden Globe-winning actress America Ferrera (Ugly Betty); NASA astronaut Jose Moreno Hernandez; military veteran Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch; actor/writer/producer John Leguizamo; actress Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives); U.S. Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ); rapper Pitbull; PGA golfer Chi Chi Rodriguez; ACLU Executive Director Anthony D.
